Can I cancel my trial or subscription?
Yes. After activating your membership, it will automatically renew until you choose to cancel. You can cancel your membership by following these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap “Subscriptions”.
- Tap the subscription you want to manage.
- Tap “Cancel Subscription”.
After cancellation, your membership will stop at the end of the current billing period.

Can I change my payment plan?
You can change your subscription plan through your device settings:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name, then tap “Subscriptions”.
- Tap the subscription you want to change.
- Tap “See All Plans”, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.

How to check my subscription plan?
To check your subscription details:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap “Subscriptions”.
- Tap the subscription to view your plan details, renewal date, or expiration date.
How can I get an invoice?
The invoice is sent by the App Store to the email address connected to your Apple ID. If you didn’t receive it, please contact Apple Support directly. Since we sell subscriptions via the App Store, we cannot issue invoices ourselves.
Can I get a refund?
If you’d like to request a refund, you need to contact Apple directly:
- Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your purchase and submit a refund request
